i pity him

kesian mr husband.. supposed tenang2 pegi holiday hari ni... tapi he has something big on his mind. got a big problem at plant. problem since lunch break semalam, sampai skarang still unsolved. last nite pkul 12lebey br balik.. dgn muka monyok.. huhu!

hari ni his technicians & equipment specialist (vendor) akan continue attend the problem. mmg husband akan tak senang duduk.. mmg akan 24/7 melekat dgn fon until settled. like he's on vacation but he's not... get it?

but who am i to complain. semua nya dtg drNya. we just need to accept it and go with it. cant imagine the load he has right now. knowing him, i know the last thing he needs right now is a vacation.. he wants to be there on site and together solving the major prob with his subordinates. but at the same time, dont want to break my heart. dont want to ruin my excitement.

he told me to proceed.

deep inside i promise not to be clingy. and will be very understanding if you act weird (termenung jauh, deep thinking, ckp sorg2). i do.. love you.

p/s: since i was in proton, he always tell me that this equipment is one of his biggest fear. its complicated and gila! hehe. in fact, yesterday morning he went to proton shah alam for procurement council (kind of management approval thingy), requesting budget for developing a back-up system for that equipment. he succeeded. tapi belum sempat nak realize, the worst nightmare decided to come so soon.

YaAllah, pls make it easier for him. amin.

ye, bak kata sorg member aku, ini memang a much needed holiday..

nak release tension all out. satu sem otak x berhenti fikir psl assignment test exam presentation report etc. lain dr zmn keje, bila balik rumah, jarang fikir psl kerja mmg segala masalah tinggal kat pondok pak guard. ;-) to bila zmn belajar, anda buat anda dapat. selagi tak siap sesuatu task, tak senang duduk. pastu bile dh last minit, mula la moody semcm. this has to stop. itu azam aku. better time management & lebih stabil emotionally.

this vacation is our bonding time. almost every weekend they have been neglected. husband pulak baik yg amat, sanggup take care of alya. no weekend for him either. satu vacation mesti la x dpt nk balas jasa & pengorbanan husband.. hanya Dia yg dpt membalas. u are truly wonderful!

lepas berhari-hari sorting options yg ada, we managed to book the hotel. mulanya dh decide nk stay kat somerset ampang. nice infinity pool. modern rooms. siap call lg utk reconfirm ada kids pool ke tak.. sbb dlm website indicate ada, tp cari gambar hampeh x jumpa. diorg confirmkan ada kids pool. tuptup bila nk book online dah fully booked pulak. adeh..

dh la susah nk decide... bila dh decide, xde kosong plak. kan dh kena deliberate balik... *sigh*

nasib baik husband was helpful enough in decision making.

and now, i think we made a right..better decision.

insya-Allah... we are going to hv a super great time there! (exagerating gile)

big girl now!

of course i mean alya zahra.

dah big girl ada macam2 demand. lately, asyik nak ibunye shj. nak mandi ibu, nak pakai pampers ibu, nak buat susu pun ibu. selalu tak kisah pun kalau ayahnye yg layan.

tak, i dont mind.. tapi, bila bdn tgh sengal2 lepas bersilat kemas umah, iron baju, lipat baju, masak, basuh pinggan etc.. mau jugak i lepak2 kat sofa sambil layan tweets. ayahnye la bersilat pulak mandikan si kecil...

takpe, ibu dont mind la. siap2kan alya kejap je kan..pastu ibu boleh rehat. under one condition, must baring elok2 time ibu pakaikan pampers k. tapi selalunya, komfem keluar peluh2 toksin sume sbb kena kejar alya satu bilik bila nak pakaikan pampers. easy fit pants taknak pakai plak. (plus, easyfit pants mamypoko tu seriously low quality. not normal mamypoko pampers quality k. komfem bocor.)

sometimes i surrender and (buat2) merajuk.. alya akan dtg sendiri and baring atas mat.. pasrah. hehe ;p nice tricks!

last night came another weird demand. nak tido ngan ibu! haish.. tiap2 malam elok je tido dlm cot, hari ni nk bermanjaan lebih ni, nape nih? lepas letih pujuk dia tido (muka dh mmg ngantuk habis k..).. dia takmau.. nangis mcm nak rak, satu tg malim bleh dgr. alya pegang botol susu & bantal2 dia.. insist suh ibu dukung. so, ibu pun lemah hati.. bwk dia tido sebelah ibu, while ayah sambung tgk tv kt bwh.

sambil minum susu, nampak mata dia terkebil2 tahan ngantuk. sempat lg cakap.. "ibu, tido.. pejam mata". aik, terbalik plak dah. so, konon2 nak guna phsycology.. i closed my eyes, pretend to sleep. i guess korang tau ape yg jadi seterusnya..

yup, i dozed off. *grin*

sedar2, si kecik dh pun tido dgn nyenyaknye.. oh, cant describe betapa cutenya muka dia time tu. and sempat   aku flashback balik zmn2 i bf dia ms dia kecik2 dulu. having ur child, sleeping beside u (sometimes) is a wonderful feeling.

p/s : pastu aku tdo balik.. ntah bila si ayah angkat alya letak dlm cot. sedar2 dh pkul 3lebih. bgn solat and fb, tweet,beautifulnara,update blog study! ada paper next thursday, sat & sunday. #ohcepatlahtaksabarnakmerdeka

bagi aku, drama ni byk mesejnya.

• sabar dlm mendidik anak.. jgn aci nak melenting je. berlembutlah..
• suami.. harus bantu jaga anak.. bantu juga buat kerja rumah (ewah, suka2 add sendiri pulak ye).
• apa guna kumpul harta tinggi menjulang.. sedangkan anak terabai. masa kan tak boleh diundur. takut menyesal. pentingkan bonding, bukan funding.
• anak.. walaupun masih kecil.. hati mereka perlu dijaga. (semangat 1Malaysia je ke? 1Keluarga mcm mane?)
• tolong la jgn gaduh depan anak2. wpun mungkin intipati diorg tak faham, tapi intonasi & gaya kita waktu tu diorang record. 
• kasih syg datuk&nenek takkan dpt ganti kasih syg ibu&ayah
• tempat isteri di sisi suami, tempat suami di sisi isteri. saling melengkapi, saling ada untuk pasangan anda.  through thick and thin. (?)
• hidup berjiran, jgn nak kepochi tak tentu pasal. apatah lg menghasut itu ini. big NO!
• betul kata En Latif (bkn nama sebenar).. kalau dpt jiran yg suka menghasut... masuk telinga kanan keluar telinga kiri..
• sekali sekala atuk&nenek bleh tolong bbsit anak2. ibu&ayah boleh pegi for a quick date. rapatkan hubungan. tenangkan fikiran. balik rumah, akan rasa lebih fresh!

neway, i strongly recommend this movie. pls pls watch it. pastu boleh review balik azam tahun baru. hehe.

FB updates tak semestinya yang lagha aje. banyak jugak shares yang bermanfaat. updates from happy muslims contohnya, boleh dijadikan panduan hidup kan? kadang-kadang, macam tau2 je apa dlm fikiran kita.. nah! dia update sebijik, terus lapang minda. ye la, misery in life...10% external factor.. 90% all you baby! seriously... para suami sekalian? memang korang tak kisah ke wife korang berpakaian sampai macam tu sekali? takde rasa nak penampar ke?

and biar betik, korang tak ambik port  bila wife korang ambik gambar dgn lelaki2 yg bkn mahram, amboi dgn mesra sekali.. above all, depan bijik mata korang. takde rasa nak bersilat, protect body wife korang dari sentuhan lelaki2 itu?

dan korang rasa normal ye kalau member2 korang bertepuk tampar ngan wife korang. konon sporting and cool la tu. takde ke rasa dayus yang amat?

study week study mode study mood

its study week for me & my younger sis.

today is the 2nd day i become a nomad. from 9am to 5pm, i'm on study mode at mom's house. how nice, having companion to study. seeing her so khusyuk revising her notes motivates me. but no, not the other way around. apparently, i need her company to remain in study mood. study mode & mood, not necessarily belong together. get it?

remaining 3 days before we hit 2012. i dont feel any excitement to renew my resolution. counting down to first final exam paper brings no joy at all, ok. its on 5th jan btw. yup, that soon. yet, am thinking of a shopping spree this saturday. what la!

frequent switching from student to housewife is not easy, u know. it MUST fit to everyone's else schedule as well. even if u are miracle-ly in study mood, u know u will absorb every information u obtain, you need to drain those seldom opportunities, to give way to a crying toddler that needs mom's attention.

but what's more important than attending your own child at her need kan?

see, even my writings go cacamarba.

our bundle of joy is 2!

baru je layan album gambar member skolah kat FB. album entitled our second bundle of joy. ah kan best kalau boleh create album sendiri dgn nama yg sama ;p

setakat ni hanya boleh bubuh nama.. our bundle of joy is 2! lebey kurang la tu kan?

as of today.. she is already 2yrs 18days.

alhamdulillah. syukur tak terkata dgn anugerah dari Tuhan...

our annual holiday. last part.

well, kami bercuti kat PD je pun. bukan la kat paris mcm sesetgh org. bukan juga tour europe. so, agak melampau2 jugak bila story psl holiday dalam 3 entry.

tapi ada aku kisah? ;p

PD ni actually favourite place suami aku. aku pun secara tak langsung, secretly, terfollow taste nya. kaklong aku penah claim yang dia tak suka PD sbb takde tempat2 menarik except beaches shj. i agree. totally agree. tapi memang dh jadi tebiat kami, kalau pi bercuti mana2, aktiviti harian hanya mandi laut, tengok laut, lepak tepi pantai.. dan segala2 nya tentang pantai. baru2 ni je ada aktiviti tambahan yang sgt dominating iaitu mandi swimming pool. anything for you alya..

so, kami tak kisah sgt kalau takde taman rama2 ke, taman bunga ke, zoo ke atau shopping malls kat area percutian. sbb mmg confirm kami tak layan. hehe. 

but, PD had its own disappointment for us earlier. last time pegi PD, kitorang struggled cari tempat makan. be it lunch or dinner. kdg2 sampai 2 3 kali pusing tempat yang sama. mmg ada jumpa restoran, tapi tak memikat kalbu. tgh holiday la katakan... holiday is the perfect and only time utk jadi sedikit mengada memilih.. ;p kami pernah end up lunch kat gerai kecik cenonet tepi jalan otw to teluk kemang. penah juga lunch kt sate hj samuri kat medan ape ntah tu. penah juga lunch kat deretan kedai depan bayu beach tu. sbb dh fedup mencari dan akhirnya surrender sbb sgt lapar.

jarang sgt la kami makan kat hotel, sbb rasa mknnnya overpriced. rasa pun dh dpt agak mcm mane. plain dan not worth dgn apa yg kita byr.

btw, kali ni kami bernasib baik. we found a perfect place to eat. thx to majlis perbandaran PD for Medan Ikan bakar MPPD. 

2 kali kami dinner kat sini. sempat try siakap bakar, kerapu bakar, udang kunyit, udang goreng tepung. kerang bakar. we both agreed yg sos ikan bakar dia mmg sedap. puas hati berhabisan kat sini. harga mmg agak mahal, compared to kedai2 biasa kat tempat lain. tapi, as i said earlier, kan tgh holiday... hehe. yg penting sedap.. 

medan ni terletak agak jauh dr hotel kami. dlm nearly 20km. tapi berbaloi drive jauh2. 

now we have another good reason to go to PD again ;p

p/s : beberapa hari lepas holiday, tekak still teringin ikan bakar. layan pulak ikan bakar @ rakyat tomyam, tg malim. sedap juga. harga separuh dr kat PD. hehe ;p

kali ni nak review sket pasal Avillion Admiral Cove, PD. 

ermmm honestly aku tak perasan hotel ni berapa bintang and malas nk google.. tapi rasanya 4 bintang. ok la tu kan.. bintang ni tak penting sgt.. yg lg penting bintang yg org bg bila review psl hotel tu. ;p eh, jgn confuse dgn Avillion hotel tau. yg tu 5star punye. out of budget la.. huhu!

Avillion Admiral Cove ni ada 2 wing. View wing (lama) & Vista Wing (baru). mula2 kami nk ambik executive studio kat vista wing. tapi setelah dibincang2, tak jadi la.. kami ambik straits studio kat view wing. mmg pilihan tepat. view dr sini mmg sgt cantik. kami dapat bilik paling hujung.. view lebih luas.

 nampak 3 bijik banglo mewah. 

harga pulak bg aku amat berpatutan. idok le sampai tercekik kome nk membayo nye.. satu mlm dalam 200+. ni harga internet ye. oh btw, lupa nk cakap dlm last entry. booking hotel tu boleh je melalui third party websites mcm agoda tu, tapi this time kami book terus dr hotel's website sbb diorang ada offer package 3D2N yg lebih murah. my point is, look for packages mcm ni.. mmg berbaloi baloi. (bajet bagus kejap). back to topic.. 

with that price.. we got this spacious room..

si comel keletihan.. sleeping on the day bed. i like the idea of putting a day bed there. boleh lepak2 sambil tgk scenery kat luar. 

this package is inclusive of 2days breakfast for 2. breakfast dia ok la. mcm biasa, ada main dishes (nasi lemak, roti canai, bihun goreng etc), ada side dishes (sausages, bread pudding etc), ada roti bakar & croissant, ada cereals, ada fruit juices, ada hot drinks, fruits, salad. pendek kata.. tak habis mkn la. rasa pun boleh tahan sedap. tapi tak la killingly sedap sampai nk duduk kat coffee house tu sampai malam kan.. ;p

hotel lobby simple aje. takde lounge ke hape. just reception counter and sofas. 

service was ok. receptionist tak friendly pun, tapi i dont mind. asalkan check-in cepat. 

swimming pool pulak.. maybe biasa je bg korang. ada pool utk adults. 1 small pool utk kanak2 & 1small 0.5m pool utk toddler  2-4 y.o. aku sempat jengah adult pool kejap2 je. sibuk jaga alya. bila time ayahnya jaga, alya dok sibuk panggil aku. dalam, dalam katanya... haishh byk akai anak aku ni. kat pool ni takde slides ok. bg alya 0.5m pool was heaven enough. mungkin nnti dia dh besar, request pool ada slide pulak. ;p

however, ada la sikit2 slack sana sini...which i can ignore. tapi just to be fair.. mesti le kena cerita jugak kan.

on the second day, kami keluar mandi kat beach. aku cari 'do not disturb' sign tu, nk letak kat pintu. yg ada hanya yg bertulis "please tidy up my room" on both sides. so aku tak letak pape la kat pintu kan. bila balik, tgk bilik berkemas. mmg cuak sbb brg2 berharga byk tinggal bersepah kat bilik tu. ngan wallet, laptop, handphone. PLUS point sbb takde ape yg hilang. mmg pekerja tu seorg yg sgt amanah. MINUS pointnye, kalau taknak bg dia masuk mcm mane? nak letak sign, sign takde. kalau letak tidy up, mesti sah2 dia masuk. habis kalau tak letak ape2 sign??? confuse di situ. 

i think that's about it. kesimpulannya i rate this hotel 4.8 out of 5. aku puas hati dgn stay kali ni. i would definitely recommend this hotel to u. 

next time, i story pasal ikan bakar plak k. ;p
